Terms of Service

Last updated: 30.06.2026

1. General Provisions

These Terms govern use of TrainTeam, available at https://trainteam.pl.

The service provider is Przemysław Padrak, jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza, registered at Otwarta 9, 60-185 Skórzewo, Polska, tax ID 6722053457. Contact: email contact@trainteam.pl, phone +48 664 736 118.

2. Service Scope

The Service supports communication and organisation for sports teams: planning training sessions, matches and tournaments, collecting player availability, managing call-ups, communication with parents and staff, calendar integration and club member records.

Features may be developed, changed or limited as the product evolves. We notify users in advance about material changes.

3. Account and Registration

Using the Service requires an account. During registration you provide data that allows identification and contact. You are responsible for account security and confidentiality of login credentials.

The Service may be used by adults or by minors with consent from a parent or legal guardian who registers and manages the account on the child's behalf.

4. Plans and Payments

The Service offers Free, Team and Club plans. Plans differ by the number of teams and people allowed in a club. Current plan descriptions and limits are shown on the pricing page and in the club administrator panel.

Payments for Team and Club plans are handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in the billing panel. Cancellation stops renewal, and the plan remains active until the end of the paid period.

If a club enables club fees, the club defines the amount, due date and settlement rules. TrainTeam provides technical tools for fee generation, online payment, manual payment marking and status review. Questions about the substance of club fee obligations should be directed to the club.

VAT invoices are issued by the Service Provider. Payment card data is processed only by Stripe and is not stored on Service servers.

5. Withdrawal Right for Consumers

A consumer entering into a distance contract may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving a reason. To exercise this right, send a statement to contact@trainteam.pl.

By starting to use paid features before the 14-day period expires, you consent to the start of service provision and acknowledge that the withdrawal right is lost after full performance for the billing period.

6. Complaints

Complaints about the Service or billing should be sent to contact@trainteam.pl. Include your name, account email and a description of the issue. We review complaints within 14 days of receipt.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service in accordance with law, good practices and these Terms. It is prohibited to send unlawful content, enter another person's data without a legal basis or attempt to bypass safeguards.

8. Liability

The Service Provider uses due care to keep the Service working correctly and securely. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for temporary technical interruptions, maintenance work or force majeure events.

Clubs and their administrators are responsible for the legality of data entered into the Service, including having a legal basis for processing data about players, parents and other club members.

9. Intellectual Property

Content, design, code and functional elements of the Service are protected by copyright and may not be copied or used without the Service Provider's consent, except where law permits it.

10. Personal Data

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Cookies are described in the Cookie Policy. For clubs, we provide a Data Processing Agreement.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms may change. We publish the current version on this page and, for material changes, notify users by email 14 days in advance.

12. Final Provisions

Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by Polish law. Consumer disputes are resolved by the court competent for the consumer's place of residence. Consumers may use the European Commission ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
