How to invite a parent to the app?
An invitation gives the parent access to an account where they confirm the child's attendance and receive messages. You send the invitation from the parent link.
Step by step
- 1Make sure the parent is linked to the player card.
- 2Choose the option to invite the parent.
- 3Send the parent an invitation link or code.
- 4Ask the parent to open the invitation and finish creating the account.
- 5After accepting, the parent has access to information about the child.
Extra notes
- The parent doesn't have to install the app — it works in a browser, and the PWA is optional.
- If the parent already has an account, they can join the club from the invitation without creating a new one.
Common problems
The parent didn't receive the invitation
Check that the contact is correct and send the invitation again. Ask the parent to check the spam folder if the invitation goes by email.
The invitation link doesn't work
Generate and send the invitation again. Make sure the parent opens the latest link.
