How to add parents to players?
A parent linked to a player can confirm the child's attendance and receive messages. You set the link on the player card.
Step by step
- 1Open the card of the player you want to assign a parent to.
- 2Choose to add a parent or guardian.
- 3Fill in the parent's contact details.
- 4Save the link — the parent is connected to the player.
- 5In the next step you can invite the parent to the app.
Extra notes
- You can link more than one guardian to a single player.
- The parent sees information about their child, according to their role.
Common problems
A parent has two children in the club
Link the same parent to the cards of both players. The parent will see information about each child.
I entered the wrong contact
Open the player card and correct the parent's details in the link.
